Mr gaither I want to tell you a short story about this song my mom died about 5 years ago she went home to be with the Lord she raised me in a Christian home I've known about Jesus since I was three and I'm 49 now I got saved when I was very young I think I was somewhere around 12 or 13 anyway Mr gaither everything was in my mom's name when she passed away I was left penniless even the apartment that I was living in was in her name and I had to move I moved into an apartment that is way smaller than the one I shared with my mom and it is not ideal but it is a home I live on donations from the church and also on welfare it is all that I have right now to be able to afford to pay rent in my other necessities and to put food on my table I am pretty much the only Christian person in my building and I say pretty much because there are a lot of people here who I see refer to themselves as Christians but they don't live the life and I get criticized a lot for that and I'm told that I have nothing but I am working on trying to get my life together and I am going to school to get my GED the Lord has been with me through all of that so this song means the world to me because I feel like Mr gaither he's singing about me and I wanted to share that with you and if you read this please let Jeff Easter know what that song means to me thank you

My dad loved this song and would always sing it when he would praise the Lord because his heart was over with joy and blessings. He is Enjoying the goodness of heaven today because God was merciful and saw his heart was right before Him.
