I will try to make a video comparing pianoteq 1,2,3, etc. with version 8. But I must contact Modartt to see if they can please send me all of the previous versions.
Well, this sound is... maybe acceptable but not really good. I bought Pianoteq 8 Stage with just the Blüthner and the Bechstein and only the Blüthner sounds good to my ears. The Erard 1922 from the free KIVir collection is also quite nice, but that is a simulation of a historical instrument with a somewhat special sound - not everybody's cup of tea.
Thank you for viewing and comment. I love the sound of Pianoteq 8, of course there is some room for improvement but it is sounding much better now! I will try to do another comparison with a more “classical” piece.
