Christine is an extremely gifted cellist. She makes those tricky passages look so easy to do, the mellow passages are like velvet, and the list goes on..... I met her several years ago, more than once. She is a gracious person, and her kindness shines through her music as well. Thank you for presenting her.
Christine Walevska's newest CD was out just recently & I got it from Itunes , found out it's available as well on Amazon .... Incredible & as fantastic as always ... so Unique , so RARE !
She played with pianist Manuel Rego many times, but they were not married, she was married to a Swedish business man, both lived in Buenos Aires, while Mr. Rego, a single man, lived in Mar del Plata, a city by the sea, 400 Km south of Buenos Aires
In my opinion the highest skill of interpretation... ever... you are a goddess!! I have searched for months all over the internet for the arrangement of " Jose Bragato " for adios nonino, it seams impossible to find? Could this be by someone else?
@@ritamakaresz4541 this music sheet is very rare and only given out to very famous people, unless you want the sheet you'd have to ask christine herself. i did that and at the moment she is teaching me this piece, i asked her why i couldn't find it she told me just why so. i'm very honored to have this sheet in my hands...
