This is a great tiki "punch" whether in a mug or a group bowl. Apricot and muted rum initially, followed by multiplicity of flavors. Hefty ABV for a punch, and great balance! Comes in at 21% ABV. Tribute to Jessica Gonzalez recipe, 2011

3 Plantation 5YO rum (Bermuda 80 proof)
½ Hamilton 151 rum (Guyana 151 proof)
½ Batavia Arrack rice rum (Java 100 proof)
3/4 Marie Brizard Apry apricot liqueur (France 41 proof)
1½ Persian lime juice (fresh)
1½ pineapple juice (Dole 100% can NFC)
1 ruby grapefruit juice
3/4 rich evaporated cane syrup (2:1)
2dsh Angostura bitters
Add all to mixing glass, dry shake, pour into ¾ ice filled rum barrel, 4 lime wheels float, two long straws
