Pile 3 amendment* I’m noticing that some people are misunderstanding my meaning in regard to the processing of emotions. I did not mean processing large emotional experiences (like being back stabbed, cheated on, abused, traumatized, or loss of a loved one) in 15 minutes, that would be unhealthy. My meaning was directly relating to the emotion itself (ie hurt, grief, sadness, fear etc.). The isolated emotional “wave” as it needs to come up can and should be processed in small dose sessions. Move it through the body, release, then recover. For large wounds, this will and can take years. But each little bit of processing ideally should take no more than an hour. The process does need to be repeated until the emotional charge is lessened to a significant extent (though not necessarily entirely gone). This will significantly reduce the emotional intensity of the “feeling” itself, the core wound regarding the symptomatic expression of the emotion and its physical and even behavioural or environmental effects. The sitting in the emotion or “wallowing” I was referring to is more directly linked to repression or suppression of the emotion in the instances which it attempts to arise and be felt and moved through the body. Denial of emotions when they need to move is what causes emotional back log and subsequent psychological and physiological issues due to energetic constipation. This can lead to depression and other symptomatic presentations of imbalance within the mind/body/spirit system.
I admit I did feel a little self pressured or like I wasn't processing heavy traumas quick enough after hearing pile 3, but I didn't feel offended or misunderstood by you. I differentiated and said to myself that it's ok if I am not as quick as others. Feels even better now reading this from you after I commented! Love is all we need to be our best version. There's no need to tell each other what to do, there's only a need to show compassion and understanding and let the person do their own thing. We are all perfectly made and capable of taking the right decisions, which means all are the right ones. Only when we hurt and we don't want to feel the pain,, we try to control others reeling then what to do. That's because we don't let ourselves to be,, we tell us what we should do, implying there's something wrong with what we do, and that's never true. Love and only love. No control,, no telling ourselves and others what to do, just be there, just be, doing what we want to do in the exact moment. No need for planning or thinking ahead about what we should do. Just be. When we love who we are, you never think something should be different, you just accept what you feel everytime work no resistance, with total acceptance. If I say that I hell drained, I want compassion,, not solutions to start I feel,, because I'm supposed to be feeling exactly what I feel and I'm the only person who knows what I need.

Don't want overload the comment section but this is like my serendipity journal🤗:) Pile 1: I was standing at the open window when you started to talk about llilypads & frogs 🐸 and guess what I'm hearing outside? An orchestra of frogs🎶🐸🎶🐸🎶🐸🎶🐸🎶😍🕊✨️!!!! Wtf? Is this awesone or what? It's like an ongoing soul orgasm🥰! Yes I have questioned if there is a woman and we are destined by grace and luv and faith for each other and to me "hopeless romantic" doesn't suit the archetyp, bcuz we are filled with hope and faith and I admit I'm a romantic and traditional soul that luvs those fairytales that become true!👨❤️💋👨 They are so passionate and a true reward after all the trauma, narcissism and dangerous scenes that played out before! 12:12 also rings bells bcuz iit was the license plate number of my recent roomate. It all resonates! I was attracted to emotional unavailable and abusive people until I did inner child healing and found out where it stemmed from. The helper syndrom. Trying everything to prove myself as worthy of luv, even if it meant "allowing myself to be abused" to prove I have luv. Knowing my worth and truth and how to set and maintain boundaries was neccesaary to get me out of those cycles... ...Yeah, it's all good. I'm thankful for everything experienced and learned and that I woke up and am luving and taking care of myself more and more..🥰! Pile 2: since my music recordings were stolen (10 years of work), I had to do them over. Been 1 year of work to get 4 albums done and Ive been keeping in mind and heart to only work on the recordings when I feel inspiried and have fun. It took more time that way but I'm luving the process and luv that I'm actually being supported by God again to manifest this..! ...At the same time it's been a long time and I am so excited to get this out and to perform with the tracks. I'm almost finished with mixing and mastering, but I haven't been inspired to finish it all yet.. Dang it's true! Can't hide nothing from God! I know I gotta get outside and play more! Yes... send that calming energy🥰!!!! Yeah those creeping doubts! Crazy how precise this transmission is! Craaaazy how you hear these things soooo clear!!! I'm an open book here!!!! Yeah 1111! Pile 3: just saw 111. . and yes there is something that Iinvested my everthing in for over a decade and was heart broken and so confused when it was shatered... Yeah an icky feeling and been the hardest to heal from... Wow, that song! I luved it as kid and WOWWWWWW you have a beautiful and healing voice...🥰!!!! Yeah it all had to do with the music and what I explained in the other comment. It's wasn't just a few blows, it was almost devistating to my core faith and greatest luv for God. It made absolutely NO sense that I experienced so many losses when I was just doing what I was called to do. Last december I had the most profound reasoning with God ever and there I was shown why it all haooened the way it did and it made sense... ...Since then I have been experiencing Gods grace and luv so strong that it feels like God really wants to heal our relationship... My deepest anxiety stemmed from fear of my brutal father but I overcame it through luv for God and feeling luved by God. But when that trust was shattered I didn"t feel loved or purposeful at all anymore. I had to build on my own self worth and values. I suppose that's what God wanted! For me to be 100 % me and proud of what I did, regardless if not even God shows any sign of positive recognition. ..But back to the reading... It resonates that I'm traveling and my intuition also tells me it's gonna get better and better! That freaked me out and has me writing again, bcuz I have a song called Long time coming and when the read talks aboir me wirrying about the details, it's about the recordings, the mix and mastering. I want it to be as good as possible and can't change it after it's on CD. Yed I am very purpose driven and have high standards on myself. This music is more than music and yes I definetely went through proving how much this music, life and humanity is worth to me. I also have knee pain from too much sitting and mixing and I'm sure many would have given up in my position and almost everyone I met the past decade tried to gaslight me to stop. It's soooo flabbergasting how these piles are reading me like an open book!!!! (im pile 4) very interesting of all the days for me to see this, it was today. I have been avoiding a lot of stuff today, and just doing things that have been bringing me joy as of late, one of those being thrifting/spending money on food. Im graduating in may with my associates degree in fine arts and I do social media and have seen more success than whats considered normal. Yet today, I struggled a lot, and havent done any homework, my job, or studying. I felt like a complete failure of a human being but this just reminded me that I can have days, weeks, months, years. That I don't just deserve to feel good when I've had an objectively "productive" day, but also on the days where my body cant seem to do anything but splurge.

Yes, I am an empath and recently understood that I need to ask myself who’s energy/emotions I’m feeling… I knew my neighbor had passed because I felt his wife missing him… and I knew that feeling.. so I just knew.. and I looked it up and it was right.. just an example.. I was just walking by their apartment door when I had that feeling… I didn’t understand at the time how exactly I knew.. that it was her energy I felt.. But I get it now.

But getting over a man who I had precognitive dreams about months before meeting; telepathic dreams upon meeting; and a clairsentient connection to the point where I could feel the moment he cheated when we were 3000 miles apart - that’s going to take longer than 15 minutes to process 😂 But this is good confirmation that it’s time to fully release whatever that was. The third pile, I think the delivery was not your best work, and maybe could come off wrong for some. Like emotional processing time depends on what you’re upset about…. But I looooove your energy and readings and I wouldn’t tell you like this if not so please don’t take it badly
I can see what you mean, upon an objective “Birds Eye” (pun intended 😉) view of the reading. The message was to support emotional processing, and the type I was referring to was the more shallow emotions that we put off feeling, not necessarily larger trauma based emotions like death, abuse, etc. (though I’ve dealt with those personally and professionally as well). Sometimes it’s tough to relay a message in a thorough way addressing all nuance because I have so much information to share that to go into all of it would be overwhelming in a 20min~ reading. But I will definitely take this into account when discussing sensitive topics such as emotional processing, as I fully and deeply understand your meaning and my intention is never ever to invalidate someone’s emotional experience (quite the opposite).
