#1. Spot on. The week of my rebirth after the worst depression I've ever had. Decided to stop chasing my ex who broke up with me a month ago. Starting a podcast, even got the logo done, recording an album with my musical project that I stopped for a month, getting my comedy bit for open mic done, meditating, doing other self help stuff again, gave up some of it during the 8 month relationship.
