Pile 1: I was being verbally harassed, bullied, mistreated, and villainized. I left because of that. I was paid very well but I couldn't take the mistreatment from my coworkers. I love and miss my job but those coworkers were complete *bleeps*. My boss was great but she didn't reprimand them for any of their behavior towards me. I didn't realize that my boss feels/felt bad. I don't mind working for her again. I just can't stand most of the workers there.

Pile number two is crazy accurate. I left a toxic call centre after 15 months. I kept to myself, didn't bond with my team and left within two weeks rather than the usual four weeks notice. I didn't tell anyone I was leaving other than the centre manager and my team leader. Then on the last day I literally just got up and walked out. No fanfare, nothing.

Omg. Pile 1. I am so stunned by the accuracy. The situation you're describing is almost 100% accurate. I left quite abruptly because I just couldn't stand the bullying and abuse anymore. My boss probably mad at me leaving, but he really left me with no choice. The workplace is too toxic that it was no longer safe for me.

Pile 1 BRO. I rejected a nasty 60 old man he hated my guts and said a creepy segzual joke my second shift so I started closing the office door. He would try and chat, he gave me death glare when I refused his pizza politely. So I never looked him in the eye again. He talked sh!t about me, he was family affiliated with my boss. He literally threw 30 pounds at the opposite wall where I worked one day to intimidate me (he heard me crying and picked a time to attack me when I was vulnerable) He was evil asf That’s not even the entire story bro. They took away over half my shifts overnight because they thought I was lying about having food poisoning. And I refused to work Sundays to avoid the creepy old man Then there was a psycho girl obsessed with me she showed up unannounced, did zero work, just kissed a$$. She threw herself allllll over my boss who btw LEAD ME ON when he had a whole family, she personally knew his gf and didn’t care It was so wack Pile 2 Yes I cried a lot at work. And that crazy girl obsessed with me showed up unannounced literally ran to my office door and bust it open just to stare at me. Pretty sure she threw herself at my boss just in spite of me. He’s still with the mother of his children 🥱 Also pile 1. 4-5 days would casually pass by agreed payday arrangement and I would have to ASK to get paid
