I was so unprepared. It was like, "oh, yeah, I'm bi," and then Terrah was out here, "Terrah, gay, bottom." Those were the most important things he had to state🤩
@@nikemaraje5 It's actually not a big deal in the LGBTQ+ community (at least in America) and usually not something that people introduce themselves with (publicly and privately), which is why I was surprised
@@jazlynamariie111 actually a lot of people can be HIV positive without passing the virus to their partner, they just need to follow a healthy lifestyle, use a special medication for it (i don't know the name in english) and have medical appointments regularly.
my lesbian ass cannot handle the amount of fine women in one video 😭 this was so funny, they have such good chemistry together it felt like a group of friends hanging out :')
i see lots of people accusing them of using Afro as a punishment In the end of this video. But to be clear, its not afro, its called ajumma style in korea. Ajumma means “middle aged married woman. They got their hair permed to hide their gray hair because getting dyed every time you see gray hair is too costly. since They are really busy with taking care of children and doing chores at home so little time for doing their hair. So they chose to do this hair style to save their time.
When I came out to my parents, my father actually asked me, if I didn't think, I might want to at least "try" with a woman? And 17 year old me(!) calmly said to my father, Then don't you think you should "try" with a man? Just once, to make sure, that you are really straight? You never know, you might be missing out? Well, no, he did NOT feel, that he needed to sleep with a man, to be sure... Oh, really? Well, it is the SAME for me! You just know! Since then, he never questioned the issue again! 😂😂😂
@@taradreams3 yep.. I dont need to have intercourse to know if I dont want it, its not desirable for me and I cant imagine doing that stuff.. I mean being naked in front of someone else and they get to touch you in a sensual way? i’ll pass
@@IivingdeadgirIl can you guys tell me the difference btw asexual and aromantic?? Can you guys still have romantic feelings for someone and just not sexual?
Being a teenage boy struggling with my sexual identity... I relate to all of this especially the doctor part... My homophobic dad went to the doctor cause he found out that I'm a bisexual... He said that it's an illness, which made me so enraged to be exact... Idk why those type of people (homophobic) exist, they also used God as an excuse for me to be freaking straight🙄🙄🙄🙄
People have different beliefs and they will not just back off because a random stranger tells them otherwise. I bet it just comes out as weirdly unknown and illogical to them. Like it looks familiar but at the same time it is not? These people act different and diffirenciate themselves from us so there must be a difference. Something like the uncanny valley.
I love how even though we are from different cultures, as a gay person this reminds me exactly of my own friend group! I felt like I was among friends watching this! We may speak different languages but we are the same :)
Terrah made me crackle the whole time I watched this. This group's chemistry is just * chef's kiss *. This video covered some very important topics that LGBTQIA+ people face.
for any asexuals that watched: if you were upset by the comment at 3:45 i want you to know that you are valid. we are valid. i love you and your identity matters.
Yaaa, oh I feel he might not have thought about the asexuals when he answered, just answered the question in his perspective. ASEXUALS ARE DEFINITELY VALID. ❤
Anything outside of the US is better. Although i am not sure you want to see this representation actually discussing the topic. South Korea is generally pretty liberal so to say, reasonably so considering recent history with the US's influence (and straight up colonialism in Japan). Outside of the US though you will find significally large amount of conservative gays. That is not say that narcissitic american types do not exist, especially amongst the younger generation but still.
@@taisdoubt3045 From what i've heard from people living in korea, they´re not that liberal, theyr're just a bit more than the other asian countries. Some k-pop idols had to stop dating ther person they were dating because they were the same gender, at least acording to a youtube video.
@@rolandomade i mean that is pretty reasonable. It was a choice of priorities and not even a hard one to make. As the very weird american saying goes you cant have your cake and eat it too. It is not as liberal as the US, and thank god so but still not very bad at all from what i understand
I just adore these guys. Love seeing the LGBTQ+ community together in a video all respecting eachother. Especially as a bisexual who's been discriminated against by those inside as well as outside the community. Love it. Also they're all gorgeous omg.
What misunderstandings? Trans people aren't the gender they are assigned at birth, like a male assigned at birth actually being agender. There are a lot of gender identities, boy girl, nonbinary, agender and much more. Crossdressers unless trans retain their gender assigned at birth. For example a man just dressing up as a woman.
Yess, Im a crossdresser and I'm really tired of having to explain that I'm not actually "trying to be a woman" (which, sidebar, that's real offensive to trans women who aren't "trying to be" and just *are* women) it would honestly be so refreshing to see
This video is so nice and actually very entertaining. It gives us an overview of what LGBTQ+ in korea feels. Can you make another one of this? A much longer one? A video that is like a Q&A for all L·G·B·T's and what they had to endure before coming out. 1. Are their parents accepted the fact that they came out? 2. Is it difficult for them to find a partner? 3. How was their situation in their area? Are there a lot of people who accept them (e.g. neighborhood) or not? 4. .... I'm SUPER CURIOUS about them.. I would like to know how they feel before and after coming out and such. Since i know its difficult for them due to others who might not understand and accept who they are as is. Whenever i meet someone who's a member of an LGBTQ i always asks them about those things and it seems like it varies depending on their situation and people surrounding them. So i'm curious how was it in korea?
The day has come . The day has come when a video of Koreans talking about the LGBTQ community things openly was made and it's somehow in my recommendation 👀🙆
The first question in general is rude because everybody can get HIV. Thats not something only gay people can get but everybody who doesn’t use protection
THIS GROUP IS SO HILARIOUS they're just like my friend group so i felt so comfortable to watch this video and see same atmosphere there like I'm among my friends
I was thinking of the ace people then, like hmmm idk.... there are many beautiful things in life besides sex... all of you are hella valid and I hope you enjoy your cake and garlic bread!
I swear all of us queers have a connection with each other in such a deep level like I am 59 seconds in and I just feel SO connected to all these people in this video, we are connected in a spiritual level
Love the solidarity between the trans lady and the lesbian. The indignant shriek when she read the "who's the woman" question over her shoulder... She knows the struggle hahaha!
As a trans man, its true that people may judge to much the lgbtq community bc they judge based on one person from the lgbtq community that acts weird but they dont understand that not all members or people from the community are “mentally ill” or just “weirdos” we are different and if u dont like the lgbtq community its better for u to keep ur own thoughts or opinions to urself if u just judge and dont help
I remember a few years ago I came out as bisexual to my mother, and she replied “but I want grandkids!” She’s more educated now and does her best to support me but I just found it funny lol
Thank you so much for more lgbtq+ content 🫶🤗 I really love and am grateful that you guys post these topics 🌈☺️ people are just people and so many are wrongly judged for something they never asked for. No one asks to be a way they know their parents wouldn’t want. They can’t choose, it’s just who they are. I hope they love themselves and know they are loved and supported by so many people around the world. I support y’all
I loved this open conversation! It allows us who live outside of Korea to learn about Korean culture from DIFFERENT perspectives, beyond the “perfect” image many idols portray or what we see in K dramas
