So, the bushes have to spawn irregularly. Your 2 blackberry bushes near Riggs do not exist in my game. I have been stuck on 2 berries for so long and looking everywhere which is why I'm here. Instead it is 1 bush and it's on the opposite side of the tracks at exactly the same area you marked. There is only an option to pick and examine for the first berry so you must open the satchel to eat it.
