Havnt been able to find them for quite a while. Probably a good thing as they were getting expensive. I have had them in multiple tanks, great fish but I have seen no evidence of them eating algae of any type. I do recommend them as they never stop but don't fool yourself thinking they will help your algae issues
Hey CTfan. Let me start off by telling you 100% they eat algae. They are one of the best freshwater algae eaters that one can keep in an aquarium. I have put them in aquariums with algae problems with no other algae eaters and within a short period of time the algae was beyond under control. Also, if you are ever looking for them again just ask. I know multiple places selling them right now for under $20 a piece in the USA. Thanks for watching and for your comment though.
