In this video episode, I am going to show you how to pick and cook sweet potato vines from my home garden. At the end of April, I planted these Japanese's sweet potato vines that I originally harvested the slips during the winter months. Amazingly, they're doing very well now.
In addition to picking and cooking these vines, I am also going to take you for a quick tour of my entire garden. There are herbs like Thai's basil, holy basil, as well as green onion, lemon grass, chili pepper, zucchini, gourd, fuzzy squash, pumpkin, artichoke, etc. that are grown in the beds raise garden. Surprisingly, they're doing very well!
