My name is Ian and I am a Certified Flight Instructor. Follow along as I take the helicopter on fun adventures in between training. This flight we had a fun opportunity to pick up a few friends at one of their houses and fly them out to lunch. What takes around 40 minutes in a car took us around 6-8 in the helicopter!

Love doing this - I pick up coworkers from Petaluma (fixed-wing), take them on a Bay Tour around SF and stop at either Half Moon Bay or the Two-Niner Diner (back at Petaluma) to grab a bite to eat!

Dudes! If you were going for BBQ, you could have picked something better than the Salt Lick! Try some of the places in Lockhart or Luling next time. The meats at Salt Lick are pretty good, but the sides are lackluster.

might as well fly a helicopter to the place when eating over priced BBQ. The Saltlick back in the turn of the century was a great treat with just a drive up from New Braunfels, but $50 for a few ribs isnt fun anymore.
