I live in the Sierra Nevada foothills town called Tuolumne..if you were to have a chance,, perhaps two/three day trip on a Harley straight east over Sonora Pass(hwy 108)south on highway 395 to highway 120 in Lee Vining Ca. Tioga Pass. Go west on the highway into Yosemite high country into the Yosemite Valley..back to where ever..it’s world class beautiful.

I recommend spraying S100 Corrosion Protection Spray on your muffler exhaust tailpipe, and all of your chrome then they’ll always be shiny and look as new as when you purchased your motorcycle.

I found i needed more preload than the manual called for as i bottomed out. It is a lot better than previous though. Congratulations on the new bike. Gorgeous in the WN.

Thank You very much. I won't play much longer with the preload and damping, as she soon will be picked up by Wilbers to be the prototype for the new suspension.

Congratulations as well. You’ll absolutely love the color. Have it ceramic coated asap, protects the paint and gives it an even deeper shine. Main upgrades will be the tires (I just don’t get the stock ones up to temperature and don’t trust them in the wet) AND Wilbers Nivomat suspension. The stock one is OK (kind of), but Wilbers is much better. I will report here and on instagram.

Hi thank you for sharing. I heard that some guys in Germany found a way to activate the homelink feature on 2023 cvo’s. Not available in France, hardware is missing. Do you have inputs?

You mean between FL3 and FL4? Yes they did, but old with Wilbers is still much better than new stock. 121 is better than 117, but no match for 131 (as expected). Digital cockpit is very cool, but music and radio reception is not very stable/good (updates will solve that eventually). All in one, I love both bikes, the 23 however has some potential to grow…

BB takes a nice line in the corners. Do you get better wind protection with the OEM screen compared to RHCP?

Yes I do, because the "windshield" on RHCP is just a decorative piece. However on the new one, I might consider a taller windshield as right now the wind is directed directly to my helmet. However I like the tinted look of the stock. Let's see what is offered in spring 2024.

@@stefansgarage3014 I’ve just ordered a new screen for touring as Marie was getting too much buffeting on the back. I’ve gone through all the Klock Werks sizes but the vision through is distorted and still buffeting. So I’ve gone with Freedom Shields in the US as I believe the quality is better with little visual and a wider touring screen option for pillions etc. I’ll let you know when it arrives. Worth checking them out as their sport screens look really good 👍

I’m glad they don’t come with electronic suspension, I prefer a solid mechanical solution. The future Wilbers just doesn’t meet the price point for an OE product and some riders are happy with stock
