Next up was the Cabbages! Pickled Coleslaw is a fave of ours, we love to eat it on wraps with marinated chicken, it is one of our most favoured ways of preserving cabbage other than SauerKraut! I had some excess sweet brine as well so I decided to pickle some of the cucumbers we got in the hamper.
