Thanks for such an easy recipe. Love these with pintos. BTW Iwas born and raised in Spartanburg at Spartan Mills.Looking forward to seeing more recipes.
Brother you just gained a new follower. This was simple and felt like a friend was showing me how to do it. I love these tomatoes. My great grandpa always had this with Sunday lunch
I've been sitting here re-watching your videos. I truly enjoy them. I'm hoping all is well with you and your family. I hope to see new videos from you soon.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you watching my videos. I hope to make some more very soon. Been having some health problems, but God is blessing us. Had to take a break. But doing much better. Be back soon.
I live in Elkin nc and I love green tomatoes and pepper. I can a whole can at a time. Ingles has them for 7 a quarter. They're good too. Glad I found your channel.
Thanks for watching my video. I love them too. When I was growing up my Dad always made pickled green tomatoes. We are just up the road from you, in Woodlawn VA.
Thanks for watching my videos. I like for them to sit for at least two weeks. This gives the tomatoes time to get the pickled taste and for the pepper flavor to distribute in the jar
Thanks for watching my videos, I like for them to sit in the jar for at least two weeks. It takes a couple of weeks for them to pickle. Refrigerate them after you open them. Thanks, hope this helps.
Are you absolutley sure not to cold pack it afterwards and boil for 10 minutes? I was told to always do that when canning. Just wanna do this right so I can enjoy eating them.
Thanks for watching my videos. If your jar is hot, and your pickling liquid is boiling, I've never had to hot pack the jars. If you want to boil the jar for 10 minutes that would be ok. It won't hurt the taste, no worries. Only time I boil the jar on this recipe is if they don't seal. Hope this helps.
Thanks for this. I have LOTS of green Porter tomatoes and miscellaneous hot peppers. I had to pick all my tomatoes and peppers before the freeze last week.
