Cooking time 10-15 minutes
Ingredients (for a 3 liter jar):
- about 2 kg. a tomato;
- 2 sprigs of currants with leaves;
- horseradish root, about 10 gr .;
- a teaspoon of mustard seeds;
- two sprigs of dry dill with an umbrella;
- a bunch of parsley;
- 5-6 cloves of garlic.
For brine:
1 liter. water 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt with a slight slide.
