I’m Ghanaian and I’m happy to see you enjoy ghana jollof. The fufu (yellow colored) and groundnut soup is a Ghanaian dish and they go together. The egusi and pounded yam ( white colored) is a Nigerian dish and they go together. I’m happy you enjoyed our dish. I love you guys and KoKo so much ! Much love from Ghana 🇬🇭. Next time you should try banku and Okro soup or banku and pepper with grilled tilapia. Des will really love it since she loves spicy food.

I’m a proud Nigerian!!😅 The Egusi is made with ugwu leaves, spinach, red palm oil and assorted protein. Y’all should try Amala and ewedu/gbegiri/red stew😊

Try Haitian food, you wouldn’t wanna eat any other food. Ask for: Griot, fried plantains and Pikliz Or rice with red or Lima beans with Legumes I’m waiting for that video 😂
The fufu goes with the groundnut soup and the Ghanaian jollof is from Ghana in W/A. The pie and puff puff you can get in Ghana and Nigeria. The agushi you tried is from Nigeria. Ghanaians have agushi stew but we eat it with boiled cut yam or boiled plantain and might taste different from the Nigerians! You both did very well 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I think Des loves the Ghanaian food more! The African foods are very spicy so if you don't like spicy foods like Juju please let them know before you buy. Loads of love from 🇬🇭.

🇬🇭 jollof all the way! lol yeah you get used to the spice after eating spicy foods constantly. And fufu is made from plantain and cassava or coco yam and cassava. You’re definitely supposed to swallow it, the taste is weird when you chew it. I enjoyed watching this 👏🏾
I'm Ghanaian and love how you guys tried my country's food. Also, you usually swallow the Fufu and pounded yam, but you can chew it if you want to. There is also a big debate about which African country has the best jollof. It's Ghana hands down.

As a Nigerian🇳🇬🇳🇬, I'll say you guys really tried for first-timers. An average Nigerian grew up eating spicy meals, and non-spicy meals kinda taste bland. The moimoi is usually eaten with custard, oats, etc. and could also be eaten with the jollof rice too. For the Fufu and Pounded yam, it's been an ancient debate cos while a lot of people swallow theirs, others prefer to chew. In all, you guys did a good job. Much love from Nigeria🥰🇳🇬🇳🇬

(Desert) -A drink called “horchata”! -And a sope ( pronounced so-peh) With your choice of meat, tomato, lettuce, cream, and cheese. 🤤 Or more authentic options, -tostadas de tinga -pozole -tamales -flautas or “tacos dorados” I feel like all of this is picky-friendly. Although i came in late and I'm a Nigerian 🇳🇬 shout out to us and I'm happy you're both trying two of west Africans most competitive countries in terms of food, the Nigeria and Ghana jollof even tho Nigeria jollof is number one tho, but truthfully, different African countries with different recipes and ways of cooking their jollof rice, and the taste of any of the African countries meal is based on your taste buds, in all glad you both enjoyed your meal
Try Matooke, rice and ground nuts mixed with dried fish or just matooke, rice and meat from Uganda. There's also katogo and its food from Uganda. Try oluwombo both chicken luwombo and meat luwombo and ground nuts luwombo and eat that with rice, cassava and sweet potatoes.
