They're rocking hoodies out there...? The chill is in the elevation... I might have to try staying around Tagaytay first. From San Francisco to somewhere chill in the Philippines and slowly, eventually make my way to the provinces.
Nice area, nice condos, beautiful people......I want to go right now! Good video, good to see you are closing in on 20k subscribers. ( I knew the word would get out about your channel. 😉)
Thank you for sharing the endless beauty of the PI, I can’t wait for 2023 it’s going to be the hardest itinerary to make. You are so talented and well spoken, you can be a real estate agent a news caster and even a spokeswomen the Philippine Department of Tourism. God Bless
Great tour of the condominium. It looks like a nice place. You did a good job proposing where to put the furniture. Picnic Grove looks like a lovely place to spend a relaxing day.
Thanks for the tour Hon, I really enjoy them = I usually like to pull the places up on a Map so that I can understand where you are = I am curious about who is doing your camera work = Take sweetie, I hope you had a dry & safe trip home on your motorbike 🙂🙋♂😎😘
Oh no, I just read the description for the video. Sounds like you had a frustrating day of shooting. Thank you for putting something out 😁 and thank you for visiting Tagaytay! It’s so beautiful over there. There is a crepe place down by the rotary that we loved eating at because it has a similar view of Taal. You really brought me back in my memories. If you ever get a chance, the boat ride over to Taal and horse ride to the top is kind of fun to kill the day. Don’t try to hike it… you’ll never make it to the top and back before sunset.
Only been to Tagaytay once but it was in the evening for dinner at a nice restaurant. Seems I missed out on a lot of beautiful sites. Thanks for the VLOG. Keep them coming!!!
It's funny and cute whenever someone from the tropics is saying ''' It's so cool/cold', especially for someone like me who lives in the north where we have snow and our summers lasting about 3/4 months, with temperatures around 22 C. Winters can bring -20 C and snow. 🙂
That's funny, because I said much the same thing when I lived in Baguio. I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt and I see people walking around with heavy coats.
Another great video. I like how she states that condo is spacious. My 1 bdrm apartment has as much square footage as the 3 bdrm condo. Living quarters in Asian countries are so small compared to the US.
You will never die of thirst in Tagatay where the annual rainfall is between 83 to 92.5 inches. I could really go for the much cooler temperatures this place offers.
Always interesting your work. Beautifull place, beautifull you "Morena". Bon appetit Go ahead, keep safe and take care. Best regards from Catalonia-Spain.
As always a beautiful vlog and helpful too. the condo has all that is necessary for one person or a couple but most I liked the Tagaytay place. Take care and be safe always.😍❤
I am glad you are mixing things up and always good seeing you outside and about. I did like your trip earlier in the year to Puerto Galliera (excuse the spelling). Very interesting about these apartments, and a shame you never gave a rough estimate when you show different homes etc....
The apartments, condos and homes have become more sophisticated and themed towards westerners. But at the same time they keep a simplistic design and functional use. I really like the picnic area for the views and occasional cooler atmosphere. But the crowds are not for me. Zip lines are a plus. So much fun! Thank you Rubeauti for again showing us the beautiful scenery of the Philippines and how the country is up and coming. The food looks great. Thank you again.
@@Rubeauti I think it was great. That's why I enjoy your videos so much. They are much more natural and intimate and not staged. Your guests are themselves and don't try to portray themselves as others. And you do such a good job as being the hostess. Keep up the great work. P.s. you're very beautiful too.
There was a small place about 1/2 a block off of Rizal Park in Manila that had the best chicken mami. Long ago. I’m sure it’s not there now. Nice video. I didn’t hear any roosters…
I was there back in April and it was clear skies and a beautiful day :) And yes the view was impressive . I visited during the day so it wasn't very busy, and my souvenir Tagaytay shirt was 200 piso !! Looking forward to returning soon. Afterwards we drove down to the lake for Bulalo and adobo lunch .
@@Rubeauti I was solo on my vacation and i hired my taxi driver for the day to take me from Quezon to Tagaytay so i could see Taal :) 1 order of Bulalo and 1 order of chicken Adobo was wayyyy too much food :) I gave to my driver to take home .... We stopped and picked up Buko on the way back. I will be staying for 2 months on my next trip so if i happen to see you doing a vlog i will be happy to buy you lunch (bulalo) if you wish po. Your vlogs make me miss the Philippines :)
You was absolutely correct about the view except you said it' was gloomy . Well I thought you was absolutely breathtaking and I tried to adjust my color down cause YOU WAS SHINING SO BRIGHT .. love the energy and positive attitude you have and your smile can blind anyone . Your always very lady like and if I didn't know better at times you would think you was looking right into the heart of someone .. one thing I noticed is a big fairis wheel 🎡 in the back ground almost like the one in UK they have one there too .. and I love to hear you say how it's cold or cool I just laugh it's a tropical island it barely gets under 70 but with you around it m sure it's super HOTT always . Expecially since after you went to the province that time it's like you found yourself and seem like somthing or someone is motivating you cause you look good and positive and motivating and educated and your English is sexy lol PROUD OF U . And remember one thing always be you no edits no snaps just u ! HEAVENLYBEAUTI #GANGSTAGANGSTA💋
My wife and I have a house that's right between Santa Rosa and Tagaytay in Silang Cavite where it takes us about 15 minutes to get to each location. We live in a subdivision right off of Santa Rosa Tagaytay Road. I really love where we have a house even if it is only 19km (12 miles) north of the main crater of the Taal Volcano. I've been through one eruption that happened on January 12, 2020. The condo isn't for me because of having a house so close to there but I'm sure that it would be nice for many others.
Lovely places to stay. I find it interesting that you say there is lots of room. It depends on what you are used to. I live in a house that has 1700 sq.ft and I consider it to be small. So the 450 sq. ft. units to be on the very small side. But it is all what you are used to having space for. TY Rubeauti. Great job. As for the temperature, it is strictly a function of elevation. The ideal temperature in my mind is found about 1500 ft. elevation above sea level. ~460 meters The reason is based on standard atmospheric physics the world around. While there is a "Standard Atmosphere" of change of elevation and temperature it is not that helpful. It depends on the starting temperature at sea level. In the tropics this is usually quite warm and humid.
When I was visiting in July, my friend and some of their family members took me to Picnic Grove. It rained on our way there but, as soon as we parked, it stopped raining. It was very beautiful there.
Hi Rebeauti. The condo looked really nice. Tagaytay is on my list of places to go here. The views are great there but a beautiful lady was blocking the views haha. I have seen many videos of Tagaytay and it seems like an awesome place to go. Keep smiling and stay safe
I hear it's great to live in the higher elevations for comfort with acceptable temperature. Beautiful scenery. That would be a perfect size condo for me if it was on top of those mountains 🤣 TC God bless y'all.
Tagaytay or Baguio is a great place for westerners to retire in Phils. The temperatures are much like those in the UK and Ireland. No A/C needed so your electric bills will be small. This makes a big difference because electricity is Phils is among the most expensive rates in the world. It's easily the most expensive thing you will buy. A medium sized home with solar will eliminate the electric bill. You can also connect your solar to the grid and sell the unused power back to the power company.
How much does it cost to buy solar panels? I bought (4) 100 watts solar panels for $300 in the USA. So if they are cheap enough it would be worth it for sure. With minimum of 800 watts you could run a small air conditioner or better yet live in the places you mentioned run led light and a TV would be no problem. Would running a generator and charge batteries with the power your not consuming when it's running be a good option?
I was there Sunday, went horse riding had so much fun cost 700 for a tour or 350 for a ride where the horse are kept. And must recommend balay dako for a beautiful meal and view, but is a little mahal.
Rubeauti the beautiful Real Estate tour guide. Those properties are really nice, and the area is very scenic, I think some Westerners would like the cooler climate, and it’s still not so far from the city. Good job Rubeauti, I always enjoy looking at properties there. Thanks for the tour.
Thank you so much for doing this video! I'm very interested to learn as much as possible about places like Tagaytay. Places at sea level like Cebu and Dumaguete are lovely but I prefer a more temperate climate so the higher elevations might be better.
HELLO!EVERYONE FROM HOUSTON TEXAS USA. I VISITED SOME OF THAT AREA BACK IN 2008 .IT LOOKS VERY BEAUTIFUL. SORRY YOU HAD TO TAKE A MOTORBIKE. I WAS LUCKY TO HIRE A DRIVER WITH A VAN. BE SAFE GOING HOME. CHOW. 🇺🇸🇵🇭🌞👍
Miss Rubeati, Thank you for taking this video..I know it was a long day to make..it is much appreciated..I don't recall you saying the cost to rent? I would love to go there..do you give personal tours?? P.S. You look amazing in your Jean skirt...
@@Rubeauti wasn't interested in moving there....just visiting the area you showed us.... Thank you for the response I prefer the Dumaguete area to settle down..
Beautiful location but a bit busy for me. Such a sad shame to see all the litter on the grass too. It's not hard to put plastic bags in bins. Beautiful house but again, probably attracts many people. Good location for those who need to get to the city but don't like inner city life though! Thank you Rubeauti for taking us around, you should make sure you eat though! You're plenty thin enough! ❤️🥰
Hello Rubeauti yes Tag-A-Tay beautiful place I always go there for a trip when I am in the Philippines the condos are lovely I would be curious of the price the one bedrooms are a little small , my only worry would be the volcano its been quite active the last couple of years. The view deck is wonderful it reminds me of the views near my home they have just opened a big one here check out. The Malahat Skywalk . Great presentation on the condos are you doing this for your work nice work if you can get it . Take care thank you .
Hi Rubeauti. Condos or apartments aren't really my thing but that one looks like it would be quite comfortable. I like the tagaytay area. It's generally cooler there. The picnic town place looks peaceful and fun even with lots of people around. Your soup looked really delicious. I hope you didn't get too wet heading back home. I have had to ride my motorcycle in heavy rains and storms many time in my life.
Wow, those condos are tiny. A 3 bdrm is only 700 sq ft, and my house here in Los Angeles California which I feel is small is over 1500 sq ft. I also have a house in Laguna that is a rental I bought years ago and it is also about 1500 sq ft in a gated community with 24/7 patrol by security. I am looking in Baguio, but I also have a friend who has been trying to get me to move the Tagaytay so I have been researching both. Baguio has a cooler climate, and I like the cool weather there. I can have the windows open all the time and get fresh air day and night not needing an AC unit much at all. How much are those places? I didn't see any pricing. How much do these places sell for? Thanks for sharing. Take care and God bless everyone!

Beautiful area Rubeauti, very nice tour. However for me personally...I wouldn't live within 1000Km of the Taal volcano. My Filipina wife has family just north of Manilla during the eruption in 2020 they got a significant amount of ash there. Just recently evacuations were ordered on March 26-31 due to Taal activity.
I’m moving to Tagaytay in February thank you 🙏 I hope I see you there haha . How much were those Condos ? I need help to search while I stay in Tagaytay. ❤
Thank you for your effort. Hope you enjoyed the evening soup and the cool weather as reward…. The few other videos I watched about Tagaytay present it as a chilled residential escape with quiet house and condo communities, so it was surprising to see the touristy side of it, but that’s probably/hopefully just a small part of the whole area. How is the lake? What are the real estate prices nearby?
@@Rubeauti thank you for the offer! I’m still scouting across the Philippines and currently not in the Philippines, so contacting someone that is tied to a specific company wouldn’t make much sense at this stage, but if your realtor has property in the immediate lake area, or even better, if you could recommend a website that compares prices of various companies for the region or Philippines in general, I’d be happy to look it up :)
Hola Rubeauti, how long was the motorcycle ride from Tagaytay to Makita? Did it rain on you trip back? You say Filipinas are shy, but you certainly do not look shy. You look really comfortable talking on camera while people are all around you. It looks like people were staring at you at 6:05 and 6:19 in the background, has anyone recognized you from your RU-vid vlogs? I really look forward to seeing your blooper scenes at the end, please don't forget to add them at the end of your videos.
Love your videos!!!! I’m new subscriber. I will hopefully travel in June to retire in Tagaytay!! Great timing for your video. Maybe I can hire you for taking me to different subdivisions to choose the best for me. I will retire from USA and relocate to the Philippines to live out the rest of my life
😬 I pray the sun wasn’t too punishing for such good content 😇 especially if you rode in the rain after being burned. It was beautiful scenery. This was one of my first locations when researching 💯
Thanks a lot for watching! I really appreciate the kind words. I'm really happy to know that you enjoyed the scenery, and I'm glad that you got to experience it for yourself. 🙏
