Seriously, I had someone like this in my house yet, to fix the heater. I complained about him to his boss, but he was very vague about it. Later a collegue of him came and that guy started to laugh like crazy about my story! Turned out that that first guy's girlfriend just had dumped him for a woman, and he has been acting all grumpy against everybody since then! Later he teased that collegue with my story. :P

Hard to watch, it's too realistic. I recently had a drainage problem. Called for help on sunday, got a worker here on tuesday who did not fix the problem. Had to drain a pipe manually every four hours (day and night) from then until friday when someone actually came and fixed it.
