First test run of my electronics for my DIY CNC router project.
* (3) DIY PICSTEP drivers CUSTOM 1/8 microstep
* DIY PMinMO 4 axis break-out board
* DIY PC fan controller
* Modified Japan 36vdc PS pushing
Crappy Dell 1.8 P4??
Will have more details at some point.
Testing basic functions and heat. Settings on software are very basic and have not been tweaked or adjusted YET.

Thanks. This was a "mess" test before tweeking. The machine is almost complete.

You will need 4 things. 1. A PC interface card. Also known as a BOB (Break Out Board). 2. Something to drive each motor. One Driver for each motor. You must match the motors you will be using to type: Servo? Stepper? 3. Power supply to supply the BOB and each motor. 4. Program/software to run it. Start researching. Alot of info to cover.

@ipromisenot Just your "run of mill" 36v 10 amp power supply. Picked up from a seller in Japan. Try eBay. There should be a million of these on there.

Awesome track! ;-) made beating to the stepper-turnings kinda cool :-) Are you making these boards to drive the steppers 28.8k steps? Interested if you still have time. Awesome Chanel!
