As far as power and speed go...what did you have yours on for this photo? 150 speed 16 power is what I normally engrave pictures but they sometime turn out good and bad.
This is set to 150 and 20 % power but it it depends on picture quality. Sometimes is 20% too much and sometimes is to low. If picture too dark 20% is too much.
