Ingredients:
Dough
Flour 200 g
Chilled butter 100 g
A pinch of salt
Sugar 1 spoon
Egg 1 pc
Chilled water 50 ml
Filling
Mushrooms 400 gr
Cream 20% 250 ml
Eggs 2 pcs
Hard cheese 120 gr
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt
The base is baked for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Then I add mushrooms with sir and sauce, bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
