Really wanted to do this comic justice :''D It's so hard to strike a balance between making her sound both hurt and angry, to be bitter and yet firm in what she's imparting to the twins. Hopefully we can get more scenes like this in the future Archon Quests!

Some people may have complained about this scene in the archon quest, but I really do love any time we get to actually see bits of the Traveler’s personality and how the events of the story so far have affected them. The disappointment and bitterness really comes across in this dub just how I imagined it was delivered during the scene in game.

If you think about it this is the first time in a while that the traveler has been betrayed in the main story quest. The last time we got betrayed was with childe back in Liyue and even then we saw it coming (he literally told us he was a bad guy), we have gone through two whole nations with no betrayal from our friends. So obviously the travelers guard would have been lowered a bit.

Honestly I think what hurts the most is the fact they lied to her even when she already took the risk to defend them. Like bro come on 🫠

Ever since I finished Inazuma, I pretty much resonate with the Traveler. The fact we got betrayed by both Lyney and Lynette and found out they were Fatui made me very upset. I wanted to punch something to vent my anger - I hate when people lie behind my back, and even more so when they betray me. It's one of the worst feelings you can have, and you showing the frustration Lumine had is exactly how I would have shown Aether.

thank you once again for having my comic dubbed! i believe the need to cut the twins off was a painful decision yet understandable. she's been used by many people but no one doubted her powers and loyalty before. it seems to me the twins didn't believe in Traveler in the first place, counting on themselves, and that hurts. you managed to capture the tense in her voice and overall atmosphere very good, straightforward yet still sad about it. thank you and your team, and best luck on your pulls too :D
