To his credit he only contradicted himself twice this time one stating the judges got it wrong/ the judges were fantastic and then he said he’d probably never see Usyk again if he wins but gies on to talk about the trilogy’s . He just can’t help himself .

Clowning Usyk with his hands up in the first 3 rounds was funny as he didn’t win any of them rounds. Basically trying to fool the judges n it almost worked

I enjoyed the fury redemption story but I don't know why he is saying the Usyk fight was his easiest... Ignoring the fact that he lost (!), I'd say his easiest fight (after the profile building / comeback fights) was Chisora 2 or Whyte and in both of those fights there was no clowning or joking, it was tactical aggression and bullying i.e., big man, nasty, mauling tactics. I hope Fury's team understand the task at hand. May be Fury can big man him, but not for 12 rounds... so they need to tell him that he needs to also get some smothering and spoiling in, as I doubt he gets a stoppage.

Doesn’t Fury not understand how boxing rankings work yet ? You can’t be ranked in other sanctioned bodies usually or they don’t place you if you are fighting fir a title in another sanctioned body . I swear this guys a total stooge .

Pulling the belts? No rhyme to reason so, I’ll bet it’s just money. Some “big money interest” buys the belt for a go, and says I want a fight and the belt is lifted. We move on. The world of boxing is so corrupted it’s amazing it still functions at all. In the Roman gladiator days the “games” happened every month and there were bigger games based on the seasons. And everything was cycled. Rome lasted 400 years and the people loved their gladiators without an internet. It can be argued the games gave Rome the longevity it had in spite of the corruption it spawned. But that’s pure conjecture.

@bladerunner16 I'd say the 9th win it for Usyk. But, he may well win again the second time. I do think that if Fury had boxed and not clowned he'd have won though.
@bladerunner16 I watched the fight again recently. I think to score the rounds out was close, with an argument that Fury won more, or possibly not. But round 9 was the massive difference. In a good few of the early rounds Fury was cruising, slapping Usyk for fun. I think be really thought it was easy until it went wrong.
I actually thought it was one of the easier fights to score. Usyk 1-3, Fury 4-7, Usyk 8-12. The last round was close, but Usyk forced the action and won it.
