2016 legend boat. I bought that boat brand new always had issues with it if it's not the boat it's the trailer and vice versa never had a good season with it yet.
I have had a Legend Boat for 22 years. I still use it multiple times per week, from March to November. It has been amazing. I also own 4 other boats, including a Lund, Alumacraft and Ranger. Nothing you are showing has anything to do with the boat and is standard maintenance on any trailer. And yes, the trailer is made by shorelander. Anyone who chooses to follow your advice is making a mistake. Go roll a few more.
Well I'm glad you have no issues. If you actually learn how to read you'll see I have said I brought this shit box in several times and legend employees don't know how to fix anything. The boat or the trailer. don't just try to tag between the lines. Have a great day
Glad to hear some people don't have issues let me say one thing; I wish I was one of those people without the issues lol. The dealer (Legend boats) is the actual manufacture had office here and they totally disregarded my issues. I wouldn't recommend these people.
But I also had issues with all the screws falling out around the top, radio been replaced, their installed trolling motor was garbage. When I say boat I mean the whole package.
i just got some new lights im going to install on my legend trailer from princess auto lol...... it was like $39 and probalby take about an hour to install not even if u know what ur doing
It may not be made by legend, but it does have their name on it They need to fix that stuff properly. That doesn't look like a cheap boat package. It does look cheaply made.
That's too funny. But to be honest the pigtail was no good and for another they should use water resistant lights. Never had another issue after I replaced it. Just saying.
The mechanics are not good at legend. The point is, I went back several times and they do not fix the issues, they think it is made up. Therefore I do not recommend them, or the products with the legend name. If you sell it you should have repair persons that can make the repair. Do not put the blame onto the owner that bought the boat. They out right refused to look at it. But that's my experience. I hope others have a better experience than I.
You put your name on it, you sell it, you take on the responsibility. You think Ford would tell a customer not my problem the tires are made by another company. Think about it dude. Before legend boats they sold travel trailers before that they used to sell tires or something like that. They are not successful business owners. They rip you off. Duhamel and Dewar
@@rickfascinato9684 Legend boats, incidentally, are manufactured in plants in northern Indiana and southern Michigan and shipped to the Whitefish facility for final assembly. Duhamel & Dewar launched Legend Boats back in 1985 and now makes more than 30 models ranging from traditional to pontoon.
@@rickfascinato9684 oops I accidentally removed your post... It was built at the starcraft plant you said. They still need to stand by what they sell. They need to own up to the garbage. Make it right. If they treated me better I would have went back. They burnt that bridge. I gave them almost 40,000 of my money.
Why you say that? I spend 35,000 on a boat why would I wanna fix it myself. I do fox it myself now because legend employees don't know how to fix anything anyways. When my truck has an issue the dealer fixes it. That's what warranty is for lol. Have a great day.
@my stuff well, if ur taking it in for warranty over and over, seems like you're losing out on that 35k investment. It's a trailer light for cryin out loud, seems simple enough.
@@the19love86man it really isn't the fishing light lol. It everything in general..no longer under warranty therefore no more issues. Thanks for your response. Have a great day
