Repairs to home repeatedly damaged by floods in 1990, 1996 and 2007
Homeowner is abandoning the first floor and replacing lost space with a pier supported 2nd floor addition. Piers are required to support 2nd floor addition. Addition is equal in size to space loss due to repetitive flooding.
