La mayor parte de la entrevista no la entendí, pero me doy una idea de lo que hablaron porque he seguido hace apenas 10 meses a Il Volo. Me doy cuenta que Piero es una persona de mucha bondad, abierto/dispuesto a la conversación, sencillo, amable, tranquilo, la fama no lo ha desubicado, lo veo como un pez en el agua, así que ... cómo no querer a este chico? Es una persona llena de talento, ojalá siga así, entre más fama, más humildad, sencillez, y eso es lo que te hace grande. Bravo Piero!!! 👌👏👏 Sigue conquistando al mundo con tu voz y tu manera de ser, nunca cambies!!! ✨✨✨✨

I do not speak Italian, so I did not pick up all that was said. But, I am so impressed at how well Piero handled himself throughout this long intereveiw! Very well done!
I really hadn't realized how much Piero's father was responsible for his being in Il Volo - his grandfather for discovering he had an unusual voice, yes, but I loved the story of his father convincing him to sing in festivals ("Dad, you're crazy!") which led to Ti Lascio un Canzone and worldwide recognition. I don't know if his father will travel with him anymore, but if so, I will definitely thank him for his role in giving us Piero Barone!
I love his voice singing but also when he speaks... it has a very sweet touch that is not much heard in his singing voice due it is so poweful.... glad I can understand a lot of italian now :) I pray he always has his heart in Naro with his family and that fame and all it involves won´t ruin him... as he said "great singers are also great people"... Bravo Piero!
Thank you for posting this interview. I am fortunate to speak Italian. It would be a huge task to translate it into English! I have been following these young men since I first saw them on TLUC. I like all three of them. Grazie per aver caricato questo brano. Ho la fortuna di parlare italiano. Sarebbe un lavoro molto impegnativo a tradurlo in inglese! That's a tall order - this is a LONG (and chatty) interview! He did thrill his admirers from either Naro or Agrigento when he said he'd been all over the world and his favorite city was ... Naro. It occurred to me that this may be one of his only televised interviews that took place IN Naro or Agrigento, directed at his friends and family in Agrigento, and done in Italian. He is very much loved in Naro; reactions there to this program were very touching.

In fondo sono ambasciatori del nostro paese e per questo sono stati anche premiati (per es. Ignazio dalla sua città). I love this interview - I could watch it all day. I especially like the moments when he discusses not only his love for music, but his love for Naro ... and Il Volo ... oh heck, I love the entire interview. He has the most beautiful, expressive face ... (*sigh*)
