Pierre Halimi: An Interview with Tim Mosso 

Gee, I thought it would take Pope Francis. but all it took was Pierre Halimi to get Tim to drop the glasses!

Wow, that was one of the best watch related videos on the internet. Thank you Tim for such a great episode of Watchbox. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Journe on 2 occasions (once in LA, and once in Geneva at the factory) and am amazed every time at what an amazing guy him and everything he stands for is. Great stuff!

So glad the silly glasses have been ditched for an official interview. Now, Tim, sit back, relax and for love of horology stop looking at the camera (unless of course you are the sole member of the production team on the set ). Halimi does a fantastic job with this interview and his insightfulness.

Exceptional interview! Great questions Tim. Your passion compares to that of how Francois’ is being described - high integrity and no bs sales pitches. Keep up the good inspiring work. I started my YT channel and have often been hated for self indulgence and lack of useful content i.e. specs and reviews and what not but that’s because I just enjoy well made watches and staring at them and I guess I’ll keep drawing from inspirations where I can find them and your channel is truly a limitless resource for me right now. Keep up the magnificent work!

Wonderful interview. I admire FP Journe. I must admit, though, a certain regret that the watch is for collectors and very wealthy and well connected ones at that. I wonder how many are stored in safes until the day they go to auction.

I love FPJ watches, Chronometre Blu is my grail piece. I can't help but wonder how these independent brands(like FPJ, Philippe Dufour) will cater to their customers decades into the future to service or restore their watches.

If the goal of F.P. is to make a watch as accurate as quartz, yet run by spring and serviceable in 200 years. Spring Drive

If the Great F.P. is no more than a problem/fix mindset, i would like to know what problem was solved by the Chronomètre Blue?

Excellent content and Tim is a unique horology savant. But he’s interviewing a guy wearing a three piece classic suit, Tim needs a makeover.

nice job tim.. big admirer of urs..but just alittle advice... stop intermittently looking at the camera...it seems like ur not really listening to the interview..and sit back and relax... and pretend there is no camera... just sayin....

Finally without these damn sunglasses

Sit back, relax...stop glancing at the camera every 2 minutes!! (unless, of course, you are the sole member of the production team on set) I'm also very happy to see the professionalism level upped by ditching the silly sunglasses.
