Can I correct you please she actually has aspegers syndrome, not ADD it may originally be thought that she had ADD. In 2012, Susan was given the correct diagnosis. She was deprived of oxygen at birth and suffered minor brain damage but from what she's said, she chose to be on the allowance. I'm sure that the major bills are paid for her and the allowance is, as she said, pocket money. She doesn't seem to have a desire for the fancy trappings.
An allowance?? She's a 50-year-old grown Scottish woman! She's responsible enough to manage her own finances! Why are they babysitting her like if she was a little girl? That's ridiculous...
Very sad give her the money she wants to spend on nice clothes and shoes etc what ever she wants to do with it she has that right and earned it,lovely lady and funny.
