In aviation they have the Wright Brothers. In music there are the Everly Brothers. But we in the RC community have the best of them all : The BABBLING BROTHERS 😊 Well done Blaž , a beautiful plane...
Loved it, Two bothers having fun, nothing is better than that! I am 72 years old, I lost my bother when I was 15. Your vlogs make me miss him even more. Good job Caption, and nice camera work too! Jerry PS Don't forget a little right rudder on take-off.
Thanks for the hello to us Aussies! I very much enjoy your videos and just love your attitude and interaction with each other - brotherly love at its best! Thanks for your time and efforts.
A very pretty little airplane that flys so well,I am doing the opposite and converting IC to electric power to save our flying field, you are lucky to have your strip away from habitation,do not get me wrong I have been IC flying for over 50 years but a whole new breed of model flyer are arriving to keep our wonderful hobby alive but without an airstrip would be useless so quiet flight is the way for us,love your video's as always they are quite unique and those quarry flights are excellent, fly the Pietenpol there and make a video with the sound resonating across the quarry, also do not forget a video to be made of your sheet metal working shop with all those skilled things we see in the background, together you are two kindred brothers keeping model flying alive for the world to see, lets see an update too of your hangar and those lovely warbirds you have been flying over the months, best wishes gentlemen from the UK !
What a beauty of combination !! , I have the same ASP 30 on the Piper J3 from my profile. That sound is unforgettable at the end of the afternoon of flights. Enjoy it !!!
Captain Blaz you are a genius mate. That engine looks great in there. Very fast plane and exelent flying. You deserve a carton of beers after this amazing job youve done. Great video guys.
Great flying Blaz and great filming Robert. The four stroke makes the plane! The sound from that four stroke adds to the realism of the model. I salute you both. Yah Hoo!
All I can say Capt Blaz is WOW!!! What a flight.....I was just as nervous as you were before takeoff watching this but as soon as it was airborne I knew it would be fine. Beautiful handling and truly terrific turns. You should be very proud of this build and HobbyKing should most definitely contact you for plans on how to convert to gasoline. Capt Robert, you captured this flight as best as anyone could have. I especially liked when Capt Blax told you to "zoom the shit out of it".....Well done!! The both of you guys deserve much success and we all look forward to more videos.....
Great conversion Captain Blaz the engine suits the plane perfectly. You should show us your flying skills more often. Can't wait to see the Stuka conversion. Greetings from Sydney, Australia
He really did great job. And we have the second one, blue with even better engine. Check that video my friend. You will love it. Thanks for all support and big salute from Slovenia.
Oh my god, one more reason to revive glow engines! The petrol is just not working for small sizes, especially for 4 stroke, which is a must. Captain Blaž, I salute you!
Bolly in South Australia make good props, have used them on my models. What is interesting, and not many people know this, they make carbon fiber composite propellers for micro lights, LSA and other light aircraft. I use one myself.
GO Blaz!!!!!! Redemption is oh so sweet....That little booger is quick...I would have to re-prop it to a larger diameter and less pitch prop....Cruise baby, cruise....
Absolutely Beautiful Captain Blaz. You did an incredible job on the conversion and we would really love to be able to hear you speak more on the technical side of what you have done. I will definitely be waiting to see and hear what you have to do on the stuka. Robert we all enjoy your enthusiasm for the hobbie and flying but not to be critical in any way when it is Captain Blaz time to shine and share such a meaningful successes with the public i think you should be a lot more respectful and allow him the same respect that we have seen him aford you time and time again. Thanks for your videos and we look forward to many more.
Thanks guys. Captain Blažis great modeller and engine master. Oh yeah... He will assemble the second one blue for me and we will film and explain what he did on that one. Be well and see you soon, Robert
Fantastic job, you three perform great for that wonderfull Maiden of the Pietenpol. You brothers were just perfect together taking care of the succes of each other for the viewers. Thank you, wish the best for your channel in 2018. From Québec, Canada in the snoWWWW.
Great how you respect each other's preferences, you for nitro, Robert electro. Nitro or electro they both have their pro’s and cons. Beautiful flown Captain Blaz and very well filmed by cameraman Robert!
OH WOW, congratulations Captain Blaz! Great to see you in front of the camera. You did a fantastic job of converting that bird to nitro and what an excellent maiden! I'm so happy for you. And you're the first too!!!! he he. :) Really looking forward to seeing the Stuka on nitro now. That's going to be epic. All the best to you both and thanks for dedicating this video to us folks down under. Cheers, Jase :)
Love you guys and hi from the beautiful Gold Coast in Oz. Last roo I saw was 16 months ago when I hit him with my car, the bastard. Good luck and happy flying, oh and love he plane.
Awesome flying Captain Blaz! Great looking plane and looks like it flies perfect. Great job on the conversion to nitro, that little 4 stroke is perfect for this plane! Makes it much more fun to watch than electric. I also want to say that this channel is one of the best on RU-vid for this hobby, very informative about the planes and great experiences, and there's not a negative comment that I have noticed from viewers and its because you guys are so pure and friendly great humor and love what you do, and people see that. Cheers Robert and Blaz :)
👍👍👍 So awesome Cap'n Blaz!!! Wonderful job on the conversion and the maiden flight! The engine during slow fly by sounded magnificent. Congratulations to you and your brother. BTW, you have hands of a mechanic! I know, because I am retired mechanic!
I love all your videos guys. You do a great job sharing the fun and excitement of building and flying many great models. Also, the ups and downs of some that are not so great. It's been more than 40 yrs since I built balsa models and flew them on nitro engines, and those were control line models. Now only recently I'm able to get into RC flying starting with electric motors. But you are getting me thinking about using nitro again maybe someday soon. I love what you've done with that Pietenpol Blaz! Keep up the great videos and sharing the experience!
Capt. Blaz......you did an excellent job from the beginning motor installation all the way to the end ! Now you and your brother need to take turns on the planes so both of you become experts in flying and video. Don't be shy, you've done a damn good job sir :-)
Fantastic video. Love the humour and emotion you put into your vids. And your modesty - who else on RU-vid admits to being nervous prior to a maiden flight?! And, when lots of modellers are converting IC planes to electric, how refreshing to see someone doing the opposite! This plane is delightful (and nice to see the English markings!) though it is perhaps a little faster than scale speed - maybe that will change once you experiment how slow you can go without it stalling. Grahame
nice job Capt Blash. you have made history and she fly's great. I have no gas plane's and the one I do have I converted to electric. so I guess I went the other direction. and I still have not maiden that plane yet. and when I do I am sure I will be as nervous as you were. nice work on the plane 😎
