I miss my grandma. For my sister's wedding, I compiled a bunch of recipes from our family and added them to a cookbook, my grandma contributed probably 10 or so amazing recipes. Your videos remind me of her, she loved cooking but hated dishes, Thanksgiving was a whole ordeal!
I used to make Pina Colada cakes for my boss to give away at Christmas and it had a similar frosting (used coconut pudding, pineapple, cool whip and rum). I baked 2 layers and then split them in half so you end up with 4 layers. A tip to easily halve a cake layer: take a long piece of unflavored dental floss and wrap it around the cake like a belt, crisscross in the front, and pull. It's so easy and it's a good way to use up all that frosting.
