I am curious about how did they reached to phone call 4.... Same thing happened to me, I tried to get secret ending but I wasnt able to take the third code, but I reached phone call 3.After the update, I thought it was fixed but I still cannot take the code.
maybe it's a secret easter egg, this game is having a lot of bizarre easter eggs like that bug that appears on any map that if you go through the purple barrier it will appear and will kick you with a loud jumpscare, plus an easter egg when you open the game.
