If someone wonder what the heck is the baby, is simple, Zizzy say to us to bring the baby to his parents, and those are Filip and Felix, and they are missing parts of their bodies, so, to be clear, the baby was created using Filip missing head and Felix missing legs, also the legs are cut and that's why they have blood and are smaller than normal

Olso you can avoid zizzy without game being end there's more to see you can use /e dance2 to clip though the wall and give the food first? Or idk maybe candle last when you give the baby food zizzy will disappear and someone will appear
