Prissy & Bomber's cousins all share food nicely during treat time!
We are mini pot bellied pigs Prissy & Bomber! We like to have fun. We are very smart- did you know that pigs are rated the smartest domestic animal & 4th smartest of all animals? All pig breeds are playful & intelligent so please don't eat us, breed us, or buy us! We love people & just want to be loved back!
Please adopt don't shop! Teacup & micro pigs do not exist-- they get BIG when they grow up & are often abandoned because of their size. Sellers often fib to get your money-- underfeeding or inbreeding their pigs to keep them small which is unhealthy & shortens piggy lifespan.

Love watching their tails flap away lol. Happy pigs make me smile.

And that many happily swinging tails is a rare sight. Even in the "natural" pig farms in Australia, where tails aren't amputated at birth and where piglets are given limited access to a mother, or to graze (often where there's no grass), or to use a regulated cement "wallow house," I'm not seeing wagging, swinging tails. And this clip shows how different in size growing or adult potbellies can be.

I'll bet with a bit of training (as if you had the time!), this group would soon be sitting in a composed circle, each waiting his or her turn. As it is, they're all showing remarkable patience, respecting others and taking turns. They may be hungry, but there's nothing remotely like a "hog pile." (It must be tricky--and more expensive--to neuter older pigs, unless it was done early.)

I've just learned how we can all help these often misunderstood and despised animals (they may be more like us than any other mammal, which may explain a lot). Go to www.prissyandbomber.org Be sure to click on the "About Us" button if you have the least doubt about the commitment and qualifications of the extraordinary couple--a Paramedic and a Leutenant-Colonel--who have, with eyes wide open, taken on a huge challenge. It's more than a matter of rescuing these intelligent but abused animals. By finally showing them the respect that's their due as God's creatures, they enable us to regain our self-respect as human beings.
