Have you ever had any problems with Pike biting through the fluorocarbon uptrace m8?

As an up-trace it fine, I wouldn’t use it as a bite leader with a treble hook

Thank you for another informative video. I'd be pleased to know how you connect your main line to the up-trace. Do you tie directly to the top swivel or do you use a snap swivel?

I tie straight to swivel sunk float with stop knot about them to visual float with another stop
