If it’s from China - fake. Japan sellers are almost always legit but read their reviews prior to buying. Also - if the price is too good to be true then it’s probably fake. I hope this helps!

Pilaf is actually canon and Garlic has no relation to him other than sharing a dub actor

@@MatchesPeaches I'm pretty sure Garlic Jr. was made because they thought "What if Pilaf was actually threatening?" I'm not saying we shouldn't have a Pilaf figure. But that we SHOULD have Garlic Jr.

@@HeroPrinnyDood Garlic had nothing to do with Pilaf. His concept was built on the idea of an evil version of Kami. Everything Kami is, Garlic isn’t.

@@MatchesPeaches I mean in appearance. They're both child-sized blue imps with pointy ears that mostly rely on their minions to do everything. The only difference is, Garlic Jr. is actually capable of fighting, wheras Pilaf is just comic relief, and is entirely defenseless on his own Actually, most Dragonball film villains correlate to something that happened in the series Turles- Raditz (or Vegeta) Cooler- Freeza Slug- King Piccolo (this is the most blatant, he even makes the same wish as Piccolo) Android 13- Cell (he even absorbs two androids to become his most powerful self) Janemba- Buu Like, there's a lot of thematic similarities, but if you knew nothing about Dragonball, and were shown a picture of Garlic Jr. and Pilaf, you could be forgiven for thinking they were related. *(or even the same character, just possibly at different ages)
