My babies just turned 10months and honestly it was sooo hard but I'm down 20 pounds I mostly put him in stroller and go for long walks and do strength training u got this girl 💪
I stopped going to the gym 3 months ago when I injuried my ankle. Today I decided start exercising again with something light and when I saw this video I said "Oh right, of course I can do this. I've been sedentary for a while but i think my body is still strong". HAHAHAHAHA I was so naive omg during the second round I was like "JESUS CHRIST PLEASE HELP ME HERE!!! Holy crap no way I'm going to finish this!" Thanks Kelly for your kinds words during the workout! It helped me to keep going. I think that's all I needed to listen on that moment and kept doing it at my pace. Even if I couldn't do all the repetitions with you I felt a lot better after we were done! That's why I love this channel ❤️ you guys are so humble and kind! Xoxo

this is the most wholesome workout I've ever had and man did that feel good, been trying to get back to more regular workouts and your calming words and encouragment were just spot on and helped me feel so good, I needed this, thank you so much for all of your good work
Once again such a great routine and such a good one to do when not in the mood for sweating! I added resistance bands and ankle weights to rounds 2 and 3 and, oh boy, could my legs feel that! And I don't even put any music on in the background, I just genuinely like all the positivity and advice from Kelli!
just completed this with ankle weights on and really felt the burn afterwards! thank you for the motivating messaging throughout too - can't wait to do more tomorrow!

Great recovery day workout which allowed me to still get a good burn. I added ankle weights and resistance bands and dumbbells for the bridges! This can definitely be tailored to any fitness level! Thanks Kelli and Daniel! Appreciate y’all so much!

Loved the motivational words! I get bored easily, so I kept getting distracted with my workout, but as soon as you mentioned music, I turned it on and didn’t take a break the rest of the time!

Hi, I am a big fan of 37-minute cadio workout for couple years. First time I found you during rainy weeks. I could not go run outside. You are right that this exercise looks easy. After end of work out, I feel my leg still burning. Many thanks for numberous good video.❤

Hello Ms. Kelly... keep on posting those "boring" workout... it really soothes me and I feel so relaxed. Added ankle weights and weights to add in more "burn". I don't listen to music whenever I do your workouts, I just listen to your voice...To each his own, I want to be reminded of good form and proper technique

I've done this session twice and I find it's the type of exercice I'd do in between regular workouts. You can feel every muscle. The 50 mins isn't as long as it appears to be !👍

Second time I do this routine and my glutes are screaming! I do this in between heavy lifting and I feel it so good! I also added a band and ankle weights! Oh my What a burn!!! Thanks to fitness blender my butt never looked better! I used to squat and call it a leg and booty day LOL
I did this at noon. It felt gentle, but now in the evening, my hamstrings r really talking to me! Bc the moves repeated, u can really get into a flow. Thank u!
