This is a 45 minute full body pilates tower workout. You could also use the pilates cadillac or the spring board wall. If you have a spring board wall, you will need to use a box for one of the movements because I do a single leg mini squat and my leg goes below my reformer/tower. This workout had my hamstrings, glutes and quads burning, so hopefully you will feel it too! We also use the push thru bar to do some of my favorite abdominal work, which allows you to focus and feel those abs! This workout will finish off with some upper body exercises to strengthen the back, shoulders, triceps and chest. I hope you all enjoy the workout and let me know what you think!
