600 g brasna,so,1 kasika secra
ulje,1 jaje ,kvasac
zakuhati sa 400 ml mlijeka
ostaviti da nadode 20 min
fil:
500g pilecih fileta
ulje,1 glavica luka,200 g sampinjona
so,biber,mjesavina zacina,suhi zacini
preprziti na ulju sve sastojke
dodati 2 kasike brasna 100ml mlijeka i 200ml
vrhnja za kuhanje ,ukuhati do zeljene gustine
ohladen fil filovati maslenice i staviti edamer sir 100 g
buttermilk chicken
dough:
600 g flour, salt, 1 teaspoon secra
oil, 1 egg, yeast
boil with 400 ml of milk

fil:

oil, 1 onion, 200 g mushrooms
