You get the lantern for getting the toolbox for the blacksmith in the forgotten village

The levers, you unlock one by killing Grave Treelad, and the next one is where number 3 seed is. To unlock the one where seed 3 is, you need to get a “Broken Lever Piece” that you get from opening coffins.
