Based on the evidence, 10 or 11 will reach a decision quickly. The last one or two will hold out, claiming "it's not been proven beyond _all_ doubt", but without providing any "reason" for their position. I'm hoping the two lawyers on the jury will take the lead in resolving this in the jury room, so they can all go home quickly.

Looking at the professions of those jurors I have to conclude that these are extremely intelligent people. I have no doubt they will reach the correct verdict. Judge Merchan has been bending over backwards not to seem biased or political, and has been extremely lenient towards the defendant because of it. I do hope he will decide on a fair and just punishment, without taking the the defendant's previous and aspired future profession into consideration. If the verdict is going to be what I think it's going to be, the defendant should get a harsher punishment than one of the witnesses got for his part in that same crime.

It only takes one to get threatened or bought. I'd be looking at 1 (Salesman) 2 (Investment banker) 8 (former Wealth manager) and 10 (commerce), as those people are (or were) all in money-driven occupations.

This is wonderful journalism, but respectfully, could you please mute your mic or at least edit it out after while a guest is speaking? I don’t want to hear the pitterpat typing reactions to a compelling conversation that I’m trying to listen to. The more interesting things got, the harder time I had listening to what she was even saying in the first place. I had to rewatch it multiple times because I wanted to grasp what the guest was saying. Thank you for the reporting though! I did enjoy the segment overall.
