My successful TCS Speedrun of Pillars v1.06 with no glitches used. The build is a Stealth/Crit focused Rogue. A few misplays here and there (especially the sneaky bits), but overall I'm quite happy with it. I think that the time can be pushed below 2h.
TCS (Triple Crown SOLO) stands for an achievement on Steam: "Complete the game on Expert, Trial of Iron, and Path of the Damned modes without taking any companions after Cilant Lis.", representing the most difficult settings you can use in the game.

On a side note: I also got the Relative Pacifism achievement for this run, meaning that I have killed less than 175 Creatures and NPCs.
In the first ~30 minutes I take advantage of the way Pillars is handeling its Loot Tables. You can guarantee the drop of certain items by resting until a specific day of the month, then opening a locked container / secret stash. The day of the month will determine the drop, provided the game has been loaded at least once during the play-session. That's one of the reasons I am saving and loading the game once in the run, right at the beginning. The other reason is to verify that it is a TCS game.
Two of the items thus gained are especially useful: Gloves of Manipulation and Boots of Stealth. With almost every Skill Point going to Stealth, Mechanics is falling behind, which must be compensated by the Gloves. The Boots provide a nice safety net in the first hour of the game (ie: Temple of Eothas) and are absolutely necessary for certain parts of the later game.
