Healing most times can’t be done on your own because most of us, no matter how educated and in touch we are, don’t have the tools to unpack issues. A good therapist helped me even when I didn’t think I needed one. My therapist helped unpack/resolve trauma and gave me tools to move into my best self. I do have a question that maybe you could include in your next “Pillow Talk” series. As a follower of your channel from the beginning, can you talk a little about your families and how they engage in your lives? A sit down, on camera, with your parents talking about what you were like as children. How they may have had to alter their dream of what THEY envisioned for the adult you and how they adjusted, or not, into a different reality.
25:33 Right!! Let the emotions run and then let it go. Allowing yourself to process your emotions is part of healing. You know when someone isn’t healed because “hurt people, hurt people” that’s just how I see it😂
