Have you thought of selling adventure days out on your boats? I would love to spend a day out on one of your amazing boats, of course in the roughest seas possibly. You are missing an income stream if you don't offer that service. All the best.
In open sea it it straight forward.If you go alongside a ship to drop a pilot off you need a lee.That means the ship has to give you some shelter .If not you get slammed against the ship and is where the skill factor comes in from the skipper.This is easy just dealing with the weather.Similair with a lifeboat.Getting alongside a ship to take people off that is an art in storm weather.
