Very cheap so cheap that I can't and won't afford. As I'm a rich person how can I write with such a cheap one. I will rather use my more expensive 3 rs. pen and be happy with their infinite ink.😀
Thank you. I had ordered a medium nib pilot custom 823, and then was watching the reviews when I found your one,. Just now I cancelled the order of the medium nib, and re-ordered for a Fine nib. You saved my money, otherwise I could not have used it daily. Thank you again. Subscribing your channel. All the best❤❤❤😊
I got mine 2 weeks back after watching his video. Let me warn you the Fine nib is a bit scratchy and not as smooth as the medium one. It is also finer than Metropolitan 's medium nib. If you want smooth juicy nib then order Medium one and if you want a very fine, little scratchy nib then order fine. And lastly pilots fine or medium gold nibs do not behave like metropolitan 's medium. It is just middle of these two nib lines!
@@souravray2415 Oh Thank You Dear, you saved my bucks. Metropolitan Medium nib was not my favourite, I always wanted a little thicker when I used to write with it. I didn’t find a broad nib in metropolitan, which compelled me to shift to Lamy safari. So I have cancelled the order again after your helpful advice. It’s so nice of you. Thank you again. How is your pen working? What happens if you put the pen in your pocket after forgetting to tighten the piston? Does it leak?
@@DurantaRangan no it doesn't leak but it is a bit irritating to open up the cap everytime you write. Otherwise the feed would start to dry up. I have one Pilot CH 92 medium and it is a very wet nib. So I chose this time a fine nib but the line variation is huge! The fine nib is very dry and a bit scratchy. I wish I could switch the nib. Where did you order the pen?
@@souravray2415 Amazon. They have a good return/replacement policy. I opted for the broad nib lastly, for signatures only. Regarding the irritation , it is really irritating to screw / unscrew the back 😖 But if it doesn’t leak, then a little bit gap between the barrel and the piston screw can be maintained . I am confused, considering Pilot custom 743 instead.🤔
Thank you very much for the comparison between Custom 823 medium and metropolitan medium. I liked metropolitan's writing so much but my custom heritage 92 was very broad though it was a medium too. I am planning to buy a 823 and after your video I would surely book fine one.
Great... i have one in medium.. and use endless notebook or TR papers for best fountain pen experience.. welcome to the world of FP. And i have MB 149 too in my collection 😅
Platinum makes ultra extra fine nibs. Considering that japanese nibs already write a lot finer, go for it. Pick up something like the platinum 3776 century in UEF nib.
I have this as well as pilot vanishing point and lamy dialog cc. The lamy 14k nib is the best nib , it literally feels like the pen is floating. You should definitely try the lamy dialog cc
@@StudentYard I have recently added two more pens to my collection, the Visconti HomoSapiens Dark Age and Visconti il magnifico calacatta gold. Both of these are very luxurious and much more expensive pens compared to the lamy dialog cc but when it comes to the nib, the lamy dialog CC has the best and smoothest nib ever. You should really try the Lamy 14K nib in F.
कौन सा स्टूडेंट है जो 27000 का पेन use कर सकता है ? ये पेन तो कोई बड़ा businessman भी शायद ही use करे। But anyway thanks for the unboxing of such expensive pen
Sir I'm still confused, sir (1)which one have less bleeding in normal notebook paper back. (2) which is great (smooth) for writing in normal notebook which we use in school & college in between ef & f of lamy ? Please help me in buying....Please.....
You should not use frixion gel ink for exam. It can get erased by heat. Or someone can just apply pressure with plastic object/ piece and erase it easily.
