Needed to re-adjust the heart rate strap at the beginning because it wasn't sitting on properly.

Traffic/Safety: 3.8/5 - in the morning there is a lot less traffic, but towards the park gets busier - but cyclists are pretty well-respected and don't overtake you unless there is space
