@@timeddolphin3974 Sorry, Toni Basil covered "Kitty" by Racey and called it Mickey two years later. The lyrics are the same except one is about a woman and the other is about a man. Toni Basil's version is not the original.
Just saw The Meg for the first time on TV, the first time I heard this song it was quite jarring as a native Thai speaker because it’s sung in a weird Thai accent. But as the song goes on it’s actually not bad at all. It’s played on loop in my head now.
@@bradellis7180 lt still felt weird for the end credits to roll to THIS song!! Also still a weird choice of song to cut to when we see Statham's character a few years later! l recall laughing out loud when it kicked in at that scene!
DAMN, I’m an idiot I never even heard of Thai, to make me more dumb I thought singing in Thai had that more of a sexy sound to it ya kna? Ok back to my corner
It is funny, but I first looked up the song after watching. 1st because the song is fantastic, funny and makes me happy. 2nd because the movie was a real time waste.... I love Asian Pop music and this song is great, too.
~I just realized something when watching the Meg, Out of all the songs to play during the end credits they went with the song they played for a few seconds in Thailand... I sure do love this movie ^W^~
