Looks great, Brother. The winter weather is starting to arrive in Texas. Cold and rain. Supposed to get down to freezing. Got everything ready to stay warm. Earlier I fired up the smoker with some mesquite charcoal and started smoking 3 small pork loins. The fire did not last that long. They went in the oven in a pan with a lid and a little bit of water. They will be ready when they fall apart. I am set for a couple days of cold weather.
