What I noticed was it doesn't work when you're first installing windows (you have to press skip) then when you have it connected to the internet try to activate it again and it works like a charm.

Call them and sorta complain about it and how other ISP's offer a better service and you'd really like to continue using ATT. That worked for us before and they doubled our speed :D
