Can you explain how the authentic pinakbet is being cooked. I’ve never seen any authentic pinakbet cooked by youtubers. My father cooked it differently. He never stir the vegetables. He just put all vegetables by layers and cover the pan. I’ll try to cook pinakbet ng tatay in the next few days.
